Medical response backpack based on the TCCC concept with structured MARCH layout
The M-Tac Combat Medic Backpack Elite is developed according to the TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) concept and functions as a mobile treatment and organization platform. The interior layout follows the MARCH protocol, ensuring critical equipment remains clearly structured and rapidly accessible.
The main compartment opens suitcase-style for immediate access. Inside are 3 transparent and 2 mesh pockets with Velcro areas for MARCH stage identification. A removable medical organizer for ampoules and equipment is reinforced with Tegris and 4mm EVA.
Layout and organization
- Front: Hypalon scissor holder with Murdock straps; reinforced eyelets for safety cord
- Sides: 4 elastic pouches for C-A-T tourniquets; upper pockets include marker loops
- Interior: Removable transparent pockets; perimeter holders for tape, bandages and tourniquets
- Back: Zippered mesh compartment for immobilization splints
- Bottom: MOLLE-attached pouch for thermal blanket or stretcher
