This insert has a carry handle, a velcro panel compatible with the Versatile Insert System®, a zippered pocket and a pocket with elastic cuffs. Can be carried in a backpack or hung on the car seat. Compatible with BAIL OUT BAG®, EDC LITE®, EDC® PACK, RACCOON MK2®, RATEL MK2 and other systems with velcro fleece.
